Marc Gibert is the founder and principal photographer of Adecom, an agency specialized in professional image development. Since 2002, he feeds Adecom by documenting Contemporary Architecture, participating in enhancing his clients image and covering many corporative and cultural events.


The photographs of Marc Gibert are published in the daily press, Vanity Fair, Les Affaires, in magazines of which Canadian Architect, Interior Design China, Vie des Arts and severals books and Art editions. Among his customers one counts Garda group, Ubisoft, Autodesk, Infopresse, l’Ordre des Architectes du Québec and severals architects including Paul Laurendeau, University of Montreal, Polytechnique, The Défi Sportif (sporting challenge) for handicapped athletes, Casteliers and Quebec Ministry for Immigration and Cultural Community.


His openness and the perspective he bring to his subjects are strongly influenced by several great journeys around the world. At 21 years old, he cross overland Eastern Europe, Middle East, and Asia ending up in Vietnam, camera always in hand. Since then he keep traveling to descovering other cultures in Asia, Europe, and the Americas.


After his initial training in business, then in graphic design, and over 15 years of professional consulting in communications and marketing for large companies in Europe and Canada, his passion for photography will finally take over. He registered during 3 years of night training at Dawson Institute of Professional Photography and jump in the wave of digital photography.
